Unique and versatile, this Bond Street Loft has hosted dozens of film, television and commercial shoots, including high profile names such as Martin Scorcese, Timothée Chalamet, Sofia Coppola, Cadillac, Saoirse Ronan, Calvin Klein, Disney, American Express, Zooey Deschanel, Josh Duhamel, Chanel and many more. Incredible light!

The light comes in from the east in the morning, through an alley midday, and bounces off buildings on Broadway late in the day (like here), basically basking the loft in light throughout the day. It’s some kind of magic.

11.5-foot original tin ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows facing south onto another classic wrought iron loft building, the sun streams in directly or bounces off the white building across the street for all-day-light, dramatic even on a cloudy day.

1400 square feet in the front of the loft are open for shoots, while 2 bedrooms in back are available as dressing rooms or other uses.

Open kitchen in front can be used for filming, craft services or anything else, 2024.

This 2400 sq. ft. half-block long loft has several bedrooms, a high-end kitchen and 2 baths, all available for shooting, staging, or craft services. Other smaller lofts in the building are also open for additional use.

Bond Street is one of NYC’s last cobblestone streets, 5-cars wide and convenient for trucks and equipment. An iconic privately-owned alley (Jones Alley) runs along the length of loft between Bond and Great Jones, which can also be rented.
